Nice app, but the chalet cam still not working well. Its freezed, you can only see a type of picture. Is there a way to fix this?
Great app to check conditions when heading up to the mountain, especially the chalet cam.
I usually never write reviews but I just had to!! This app actually rocks - give you the fast info on snow and weather, but also does GPS of your runs. Cool sleek and fast interface - well designed and easy to use.
I love the app, but the chalet cam doesnt move, its frozen all the time. Please fix it, its a little annoying having to go the the website to see it.

Some bad moments

Lots of timely information on this app but impossibly complicated to renew our Y2Play passes. Would like to be able to just enter pass numbers and complete cc info but the app asks for the same info more than once and seems to be extremely case and format sensitive. I gave up trying to renew on the app.
Its about time they got an App. The webcam has been a long wait! Run Tracker is an Epic failure! Why on earth would you want to pull you phone out of your pocket every tome you get off the chair to press the stop/ start button to track a different run? It should use altitude change to figure that out. Also could use a cell repeater tower somewhere the bottom of Olympic so it doesnt time out. Try the ski tracks App. Or even try the whistler one for ideas
The chalet cam is not working, whenever i go to it it always shows a play button and when i try pressing it it doesnt play, it needs to be fixed
The only thing you get for installing this app over just using the website is run tracking & logo enhanced photos. Ive tried the run tracker several times & it never works. I use an alternate GPS tracker to track hiking & snow-riding - I rarely use it anyway, but if an app claims to offer something, then make sure it works well. It would be nice if it was linked to an account that displayed visits & scan data. Thats available from guest services if you have a pass, but not on this app.
